I used to incorporate #yoga into my schedule a few times a week. I love taking a little time to shut down and stop worrying about life. After my #hysterectomy, motivation changed drastically. I still really love yoga and the peace it brings to my day. Starting out my day with an easy practice is just what I needed this morning. I just wish the ocean was my backdrop like in this pic from our last #runcation 🌊 💕
