#medalmonday - @route66marathon was my 6th #halfmarathon and I ran it in memory of my friend Marcus. He passed away while running the Route in 2010. I β€οΈ #strengthtraining as much as I love my #pavementtime. I had a really great routine of going to the gym before work for several years. After my #hysterectomy, my habits changed dramatically. I fell out of my #lifting routine and have struggled to get back into it. Aside from running stronger and longer, Iβm working on waking up early to get my #weights in before my day starts.
