If you follow my work, you might notice that my coaching and content don’t fit neatly into one box. One day I’m sharing a running drill; the next, I’m unpacking menopause, weaving in Indigenous wisdom, or diving into mindset and cultural advocacy. It’s not “all over the place”—it’s dynamic. Because humans are dynamic. We shift, grow, and layer experience in ways that can’t be boiled down to a single strategy or focus.
“True strength comes when you stop trying to fit the mold and start shaping your own—one that holds all your stories, struggles, and wisdom.”
I’m a multilayered human with stories and perspectives that shape how I show up: surgical menopause, Indigenous roots, deep dives into psychology, advocacy for Masters athletes, and a love for smart, sustainable training—all fused together in what I call intersectional alchemy.
This alchemy is my art and my signature: blending seemingly unrelated elements—Indigenous wisdom, hormonal health, running technique, strength training, mindset, culture—into a powerful, integrated whole. It lets me hold complexity without fragmentation.
Why does this matter for my athletes?
They get coaching that sees them fully, not just as machines for performance. They find permission to be complex and imperfect. They receive practical tools rooted in science and tailored to aging bodies and shifting hormones. They join a community that values growth over perfection.
“Progress isn’t a straight line; it’s a dance between falling, rising, and learning to move with the rhythm of your own life.”
Growing and evolving—just like them
I’m not just their coach; I’m a learner and a Game Changers mentor. In that role, I help other coaches and leaders lean into their own complexity and growth, too. It’s about fostering a new generation of leaders who get that coaching isn’t one-size-fits-all.
“My job isn’t to make you someone else’s idea of ‘perfect.’ It’s to help you become the fullest, strongest version of yourself—on your terms.”
I’m sharpening my messaging without losing depth, setting boundaries to protect creative freedom, and stepping fully into challenging norms and pushing culture forward.
Catalyst and disruptor: a dynamic dance
Depending on what the moment calls for, I spark transformation by building bridges and inviting connection—or I shake up outdated narratives and demand deeper inclusion and truth. Owning this fluidity is what makes my leadership real and impactful.
“To spark change, sometimes you light a fire. Other times, you clear the ashes and plant new seeds. Both take courage.”
Psychology and personal growth: the secret sauce
Normalizing setbacks, reframing challenges, modeling vulnerability, promoting agency—all delivered with real talk, clever humor, and humanity—are how I help athletes grow stronger in body and mind.
“Embrace the messy middle—the space where growth happens, doubts rise, and strength is forged.”
So if my work feels dynamic, it’s because it reflects what we all are: complex, evolving humans. And that’s where the magic lives.
Welcome to the messy, beautiful, evolving journey. I’m glad you’re here.
