When is your favorite season to run? #Spring has always been my favorite season overall. Watching everything come back to life after being in hibernation through the winter is refreshing. Some people feel like they’re not on target with their #training if they aren’t #running as many miles as everyone in these little insta squares are. Be cautious of running #junkmiles to hit a certain number. I ❤️ #strengthtraining as much as I love my #pavementtime. I had a really great routine of going to the gym before work for several years. After my #hysterectomy, my habits changed dramatically. I fell out of my #lifting routine and have struggled to get back into it. Aside from running stronger and longer, I’m working on waking up early to get my #weights in before my day starts.
