I’m an Indigenous Running and Strength coach dedicated to helping athletes break past limits physically, mentally, and culturally.  

After enduring several surgeries, "temporary menopause", eventually a full hysterectomy caused by Endometriosis, and the inevitable surgical menopause, I searched for younger menopausal endurance athletes like me. Unable to find anyone in a similar situation, I had to make my own way back to faster paces and longer distances in a new body without my own hormones. Running has been the vehicle that led me not only to healing myself but also to becoming the resource others like me so desperately need in this industry. 

My coaching is built on intentionality, ensuring that every run, every strength session, and every mindset shift has a purpose. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training; I believe in coaching that adapts to your needs, honors your lived experience, and fuels long-term growth.

Community is at the heart of what I do. As a board member of ReNew Earth Running, I work to create space for Indigenous and underrepresented athletes in endurance sports. I also specialize in coaching Masters and Menopausal athletes.  These groups of athletes don’t often receive proper guidance or the attention they deserve. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and stronger in every phase of your journey.

Resilience is more than just pushing through.  It’s about adapting, learning, and showing up for yourself in ways that align with your goals. I’ve trained through life’s ups and downs, and I know firsthand that performance isn’t just about numbers; it’s about finding joy in the process and honoring your own evolution.

Aside from traditional running and strength training coaching, I am also a certified Chi Running + Walking Instructor.  Chi Running has helped thousands of runners improve their running form – reducing and preventing injuries while decreasing recovery time. Runners of all ages and levels have improved their efficiency and performance, and now find their running to be pain-free, easier, and more enjoyable.  I offer form workshops that will help you learn to run with more efficient form that will help you enjoy your miles for years to come.

Whether you're chasing a PR, rebuilding after a setback, or learning to trust your body again, I’m here to guide you with evidence-based training, a holistic approach, and a deep respect for your journey. Coaching isn’t just about getting faster, it’s about unlocking your full potential, inside and out.
