I ❤️ #strengthtraining as much as I love my #pavementtime. I had a really great routine of going to the gym before work for several years. After my #hysterectomy, my habits changed dramatically. I fell out of my #lifting routine and have struggled to get back into it. Aside from running stronger and longer, I’m working on waking up early to get my #weights in before my day starts.
