Over the course of 30 weeks, you'll build a solid foundation, while building speed and being able to hold speed longer. This plan takes a different approach than most.  

There are 3 phases and each has a specific purpose:
- Base Building: 8 weeks
- Speed: 10 weeks
- Endurance: 12 weeks

These phases stack on top of each other to help you train smarter, instead of harder.  There are strength and mobility days included so that you can reduce your risk of injury.

Our training approach focuses on progression + polarization and is tailored to your current fitness level so that you will be training smarter instead of harder, while increasing long-term development.

This is for the person who is looking to run faster with somewhat reduced mileage, with a proper guideline, but not private coaching services. You feel like you are ready to lead the charge but want to take the guesswork out of programming.
