I’m Coach Croft!

I am a Game Changers Coach + Mentor Certified through RRCA, Chi Running & Walking Instructor, and Girls Gone Strong Menopause Strength Coach. I’m based in Oklahoma, but I work with athletes all over the world.

My specialty? Helping Masters runners, and especially those navigating perimenopause or peri/menopause, train with intelligence, strength and longevity in mind. I also love working with newer runners who are ready to finish their first 5K, and experienced athletes who refuse to trade health for speed.

Because here’s the truth: you don’t need to choose between staying healthy or being fast. You need a plan that respects both.
