We are better together! Whether you’re a brand new coach, need feedback on coaching Masters and/or athletes in (peri)menopause, you're looking for input to become a better coach, or need practical growth advice, I've got your back.

Together, we will explore coaching and business obstacles on a 1:1 video call and collaborate to discover the direction you need, when you need it. Share your challenges while building confidence in your coaching in a safe and confidential environment and carve out a path to success together.

Mentorship includes:

≫ Two scheduled (bi-weekly) 60min. video chat sessions.

≫ Up to two additional 60min. sessions with 72 hours notice.

(last-minute requests can sometimes be accommodated, but can’t be guaranteed)

≫ Customized solutions and homework activities to respond to you and your athlete's specific circumstances + situations.

≫ Unlimited email access to discuss questions and progress in between scheduled video chat sessions.
