Thrive³ is a 12-week, coach-designed strength program that builds on what you've already put in place. You’ll train three times per week using a progressive format that targets the strength runners actually need—with just enough edge to challenge you without derailing your running.
What’s Included:
• 3 workouts per week, broken down into:
– Upper/Core Stability
– Superset Strength
– Full-Body Circuit Conditioning
• 12-week progressive format that evolves every few weeks to keep you building—not burning out
• Simple, effective programming delivered through VDOT (no fluff, no guesswork)
• Warmups included to prime your body and keep your movement patterns clean
Minimal Equipment Needed:
Dumbbells, a bench or step, and a resistance band (optional). That’s it.
